Headlight Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines before requesting a return.

• Return period: Headlights may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. All hardware, accessories, and documentation must be included.

• Installed or used headlights: Returns are generally not accepted once a headlight has been installed, modified, wired, painted, or otherwise used.

• Damaged or defective items: If your headlight arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

• Wrong item: If you received the wrong headlight, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or return.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Electrical components: Because headlights contain electrical components, returns may be denied if there is evidence of improper installation, misuse, physical damage, or modification.

• Return approval: Please contact us before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
