RETURN POLICY
- To return an item, please contact us via message within 30 days to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
- For parts that are not defective but returned, the following applies:
- Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once you receive an RMA number, ship the item back securely packaged. Refunds are processed after inspection.
- All parts are marked with unique identifiers to ensure correct returns.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (most U.S. locations within 5 days). Expedited shipping not available.
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us via message within 24 hours for assistance.
Orders for HI, PR, and AK are processed within 5–7 business days and delivered within 3–7 days.
