Product DescriptionBOSS 302 / COBRA JET INTAKE INSTALLATION KIT
Installation of the Ford Performance Boss 302 or Cobra Jet intake manifold on your 2011-2014 Mustang 5.0 supposedly requires the use of some new Ford parts specific to the Boss/Cobra Jet. These parts retail in excess of $250 dollars. We felt that there was a more cost effective solution to be had and found it in short order.

How It Works!
The problem starts with the fuel tank vapor purge valve. On the stock 2011-2014 COYOTE INTAKE, it is plumbed directly into the intake behind the throttle body. On the 2012-2013 BOSS 302, the purge valve is mounted inline and fastened to the driver\'s side rear of the intake. To complete it the Ford way you need to buy a purge valve/hose assembly, purge valve bracket & bolt, and new fuel line assembly. Then you still have to cut and extend your purge valve wiring harness to make it work!This install kit makes this much more budget friendly and gets the job done quickly! Simply bolt the stock purge valve to the front of the block, slide on the hose, and clamp it down. That\'s it!
