CUSTOMER PICK UP

Customers can pick up their item at the location stated in the listing. Sales Tax may be applicable. You must provide at the time of check out a day time phone number.

Must also provide our authorizedProof of Purchase emailat the time of pick up in order for your item to be released. If you do not have one, Item will not be released. The Proof of Purchase will be emailed within 2 business days of receipt of full payment.

Parts that are being picked up at the yard arenot packaged for shipment. They will not be wrapped, or boxed. Item will be ready for pickup 1-2 Business days after payment is recieved.

If you need help starting a return, please contact customer support. Returns received that have not been processed through will not be refunded.

If a part is ordered incorrectly, or is not needed,shipping costs are not refunded, and customer must pay for shipping the part back.

Keep in mind these are not brand new, out of the box parts. These come out of salvaged vehicles. If there is any damage known prior, we make sure to put it in the listing.

In the event an item is returned and has been damagedduring installation, we will not give a refund. In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace or refund.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

All parts come with aWarranty Sticker. Warranty is void if sticker is cut, ripped, removed or damaged.

Some parts are required to be reprogrammed through a licensed dealer. We do not cover any reprogramming costs.
