Up for sale is a1987 88 Chevy Square Body Truck A/C HEATER BOX AIR CONDITIONING UNDER DASH BOX with heater control switch or what you see in pictures.Thisheater under dash unit was removed from a 1987 Chevy pickup truck standard cab 3500 pickupand may interchange with lots of different years and models so do your own research.This truck was made in October of 1987 but is actually titled as a 1988 GMC 3500 but it is the square body Chevy style truck just the later model square body Chevy truck see pictures nice heater unit. It is in good used tested working order this truck had hot heat see picture nice piece. That being said yes it did have hot heat but I have owned this truck 10 years and about 4 years ago I smelled a sweet smell coming out the vents when heat was on so I put some stop leak in the radiator and the smell went away after a while so that being said I would recommend putting a brand new heater core in this unit when you install it just because see pictures nice piece. A other thing one of the vacuum lines on the heater control switch got cut and the round keepers that hold the vacuum lines on the heater control switch are missing so that will have to be tended to. It does have some sun fading, scratches, blemishes, patina, rust, stains, dirt, dust, grease, and or imperfections as it is a used item see pictures nice piece all in all nice heater unit. Unit could use good cleaning see pictures nice piece.
