These are welded to therear crossmember where the rear bumper brackets bolt up. The originals areoften rusted, and good used replacements are very hard to find. I make thesefrom the same gauge steel as the factory plates are made, and they have thecorrect non symmetrical rib just like the originals do. They are made in theUSA.
