These are original 1937 1938 Chrysler Factory Fender Skirts. This matched pair of original Mopar factory accessory fender skirts was recently acquired from the estate of an elderly collector. These skirts are intact originals, appearing to have had good storage for all the years. Both still have original paint, and are very clean, with only slight surface rust here and there(see pics). The LH(drivers side) skirt has a couple small dings, but overall, is very straight. The RH(passenger side) skirt has a few small bends, but also has a more obvious 13in. long shallow horizontal dent, several inches up from bottom edge(see pics). Neither skirt has any rust issues, cracks, or modifications, so both should metal finish and restore nicely. Chrome ornaments are straight and shiney, but both have some pitting present(see pics). Back sides of skirts are as clean as front, showing original paint. Latching mechanisms are intact on both, and work smoothly, as they should. Overall, just a pretty decent pair of un-tampered-with original survivor skirts. Chrysler part numbers for these skirts are 749645(RH), and 749646(LH). As stated, these fender skirts fit all \'37-\'38 Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, and DeSoto cars(except \'37 Chrysler Airflow), and also fit \'39 Chrysler C-24 Custom Imperial(which continued to use the \'37-\'38 body & rear fenders). The chrome ornaments on these skirts are technically correct for Chrysler models, but are often seen on others. Each skirt measures approx. 32 7/8in. long at bottom edge, and height measures approx. 16in. at center.
