One of the nicest fans I have ever come across. I was going to use this on my 1967 Mustang convertible Shelby tribute car. I have had this part for over 30 years. It is possible that it was NOS as it shows little to no signs of wear.
I started in a Rubbermaid tub , it does not have any dents in it however, there are some light scratches and where the rivets were inserted through the aluminum everything is perfect. This is a seven blade fan. Each blade is aluminum and is marked with the Ford part number H. C6 OE – G.. EVERY BLADE HAS THE FORD PART NUMBER ON IT
WHERE ARE THE BLADES MOUNT TO THE STEEL STAR SHAPED MOUNTING BRACKET FROM FORD? THERE IS SOME SLIGHT OXIDATION. .
THERE ARE SIX STANDARD OLD TOLLS WITH TWO OVAL OFF CENTER. WITH A TOTAL OF EIGHT HOLES.
I BELIEVE IF THE ALUMINUM WAS POLISHED THAT THIS WOULD SHOW AS NOS AND SHOW CONDITION FOR A CONCOURSE CORRECT GT 350 WITH THE APPROPRIATE FORD PART NUMBER FOR THAT YEAR . I HAVE THE MATCHING CLUTCH THAT IS AN EXCELLENT CONDITION AS WELL. IF NOT, NOS ALONG WITH THE MOUNTING BOLTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER FORD OR SHELBY FOR ATTACHING THE CLUTCH.. I SELL A LOT OF PARTS. THIS ONE BY FAR IS ONE OF THE NICEST FANS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN FACT I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT SHELBY GT 350 1967 FAN BLADE. I WAS GETTING READY TO INSTALL IT INTO MY TRIBUTE CAR THAT I’VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS WHEN I NOTICED THE CONDITION AND THE PART NUMBER. THIS IS MUCH TOO NICE TO GO ON MY VEHICLE AND SHOULD GO ON THE CORRECT SHELBY GT 350 BEING RESTORED OR NEEDED FOR CONCOURSE CONDITION. PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE CONCERNING THIS FAN AND CLUTCH IF YOU NEED MORE PICTURES OR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS THAT I CAN ANSWER FOR YOU DON’T HESITATE.
