RETURN POLICY

• Returns: 3 Day Inspection Notice on Select Parts
• Restocking Fee: 15% Restocking Fee!
• Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition as sent out by the owner.
• Return Shipping: Free return shipping will be provided, but only if the item is not tampered with. If the item is returned and found to have been tampered with, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Certified Shop or Collision Repair Center Requirement: To be eligible for a return, all parts must be installed by a certified shop or collision repair center. The buyer must provide receipts as proof that the parts were correctly installed. Without this proof, returns will not be accepted.
• Electric Parts: All electric parts are sold as-is. However, if the item is not working, please reach out to us as soon as possible with the reason why it is not working and the solution you are seeking. We will do our best to accommodate your Payment Required: If you plan to have the item shipped on the same day, payment must be submitted immediately.
• Payment Deadline: For all other purchases, payment must be completed within 48 hours of purchase.
• Order Processing: Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment is received.

• Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty is voided if the returned item is physically damaged, missing components, taken apart, refurbished, altered, remanufactured, or otherwise tampered with.
• Component Integrity: If the item is returned with missing original components or replaced/modified components, the warranty is void.
• Inspection Opportunity: The buyer agrees they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect each item before purchase.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will only cover the original purchase price of the item and will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Hybrid Only is not responsible for recovering any costs above the purchase price.
