The F-88 Concept car, also known as the XP-20 project, was the creation of Harley Earl, Ken Pickering, and Zora Duntov. Based off of the Corvette, the F-88 featured similar styling but had a V8 under the hood. Four cars were initially built, but only one survived. The only remaining F-88 Concept sold for $3 million at the 2005 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction, setting a record for the auction company.
