Some useful information for you
Payment
The only form of payment we accept through our store is Paypal, and every order will require immediate payment else the order will not be processed.
Delivery
We will endevour to despatch all orders received before 1pm the same day (Monday to Friday) subject to payment clearance. UK orders are sent on a service that can take up to 3-5 working days, and can be dependant on our friendly courier drivers and postal workers. European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 21 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Some packages will require a signature on delivery, so please give us a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Postage and packaging charges
All postage and packaging charges are quoted in the listing for UK orders. If you live within the EU, the postage charge will be £10, and for worldwide orders, postage will £20. In some instances, bulky items that are difficult to post will incur a higher postage rate for overseas customers, but this will be reflected in each individual listing.
Combining postage charges
We do not combine postage charges for orders being despatched to a UK address. We do, however, combine postage charges for our EU and worldwide customers.
For EU customers, we will charge £10 for your first item, and £5 per item thereafter. For overseas customers, the charge is £20 for your first item, and £10 an item thereafter. The only exception to these rates would be for bulky items being despatched overseas, which will incur a higher postage charge. This higher rate will be stated in each listing. If you are buying multiple items, please do not pay for them individually, we will combine your order into one, and send you a revised invoice for the new amount.
Sizes
We endevour to keep our sizing charts up to date but, if there is no size chart available for the item you are looking at, please feel free to drop us an email, and we will supply you with the information you require.
Returns
Grand Prix Legends would like to make returning your item for a refund or exchange as easy as possible. Please follow the instructions below for your particular request.
For all types of returns simply complete the returns form which can be found on the back of your invoice and return it with the goods. This must be within 14 days of receipt of goods.
For goods returned from outsidemainland UK and the Channel Islandsthe following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'.
Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. All items being returned for exchange / refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.
Please return items to us by 2nd Class post. We recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' from your Post Office which they will issue to you free of charge. Please retain this certificate until you have received your replacement item or refund. If you are unable to provide this certificate, we will be unable to process a replacement or refund if we do not receive the faulty item. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they reach us. If the goods are too heavy for a 2nd Class Service then a Standard Parcel service should be used.
Customs charges when ordering from outside of the UK
When ordering mail-order goods from Grand Prix Legends for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Grand Prix Legends, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
