In fact, Glen Jarrett is named after Glen "Fireball" Roberts, a stock car driver with tremendous ability and talent from the 1950's and 1960's. Dale won the Winston Cup Championship in 1999, making the Jarrett's just the second Father-Son duo to win the highest award in stock car racing!
