SHIPPING INSURANCE
Because PayPal make sellers responsible for delivery and has removed the option for Buyers to opt out of insurance, all our S&H charges now include Shipping Insurance based on the estimated value of the item.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ONLY ship to the address supplied with your Pay pal payment. If you need an alternate address please add it to your /PayPal account BEFORE making your payment. If you update your Profile to include your telephone number, we will include that for UPS and International Shipments to help the shipper quickly resolve any delivery exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: (WHEN AVAILABLE)
1) Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.
2) International PayPal transactions are ONLY shipped with USPS Express Internationalbecause it provides the "electronic proof of signature delivery" acceptable to PayPal to guarantee your payment. This can result in higher shipping cost to you but does provide fast delivery with detailed tracking.
3) DECLARED VALUE: Because we are insuring both the cost of the item and the cost of delivery, the declared value will be the total amount on your invoice. If your country is in the minority that does not include shipping cost in the duty calculation, you should use the enclosed invoice to seek relief from your Customs Office.
4) APO: While an APO address may appear to the calculator as domestic, the reality is that an APO is likely an INTERNATIONAL destination handled by MPSA who has a poor record of prompt delivery and nearly perfect record of refusing to respond to inquiries for missing items in a timely fashion. If you have an APO address, we will NOT ship your item until we have your statement in email that YOU ACCEPT ALL RISK of loss or damage. We will not / can not insure your item and we will not respond to questions about your item in transit.
