I know it's a sin to open a 16 year old, sealed Hot Wheels, but--I just couldn't resist! These were from Dairy Queen for a very short time in 1992. The cars were sealed in paper with only numbers to indicate the model car inside. There were several different color schemes available, but you had to open it to find out to see if you had won a prize. Besides, there was a coupon on the back for a free ice cream cone. Most people opened the pack to see if they had won the contest and use the coupon for the free goodie.
