A offer is a contract- We want
you to be satisfied. We will allow 5 days to receive payment in full for all
listings, after which the item will be relisted and unpaid item process will be
automatically initiated to allow us to recover fees for incomplete transactions.
Payments-
PayPal or Credit Card through PayPal. Please check your email and messages
board often in case we need to contact you for your purchase. Please notify us
if your PayPal shipping address is different from your shipping address.
United States
customers- Domestic shipping within 48 States is listed under each item. If you
plan to purchase multiple items please email us once you have completed the
purchase so that we can send you a revised invoice showing the combined
shipment charge. Email me if you wish to add insurance to your purchase.
Shipping for PO Box, FPO, APO, HI, AK, GU, VI, PR etc…. please ask for shipping
rate before offerding.
International
customers- International shipping can be found by clicking on your country at the
"shipping and payments" tab on . We ship Priority Mail
International which only takes 6-10 days to get into your country plus a couple
of days for customs inspection. For multiple purchases please ask the quote on
shipping before offer. Customs duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility.
Damaged
claims- We inspect our items very carefully before shipping. The packaging and
inspection process for each item is documented carefully to protect us from
fraud, parts removal or dishonest claims. However, there are some damages
beyond our control that can occur. In these cases, I will help you with the
filling process. Please bring the entire box to your local post office or FedEx
to file a damage report and e-mail me the pictures immediately. The claim process
can take 30-120 days to complete.
Price and
Return- All item prices are "as is". Check out the Clearance section
if you are looking for a bargain. All return items will be charged a 25%
restocking fee, you will pay for the shipping in and out. We will accept
returns only if the original sealed is intact. Some minor imperfections from
the manufacturer or dented boxes from the shipping process are considered
normal. Ask me about the condition before buy.
Item scale-
Each manufacturer may label the scale of each car differently;we will go
by what the box says. Please read item description for special size dimension
on some of the models. Sometimes, there may be an error or typo in the
description which does not match with the image. We will go by the image shown.
What you see is what you get. If the car is not in the box it means you don’t
get a box because it does not come in an individual window display box.
