Condition of Item Been stored for decades, rare item. no real play time, I would say grade it yourself, photos show everything, I see no paint chips, I see a beautiful car, appears flawless to me, but please grade yourself using photos, its a 40 year old Hot Wheels car that has been stored, windows look good, wheel rims as shown in photos, wheels roll freely, good and straight, very nice unfinished bottom. Sold as shown in many photos above.All original, none of my cars have ever been altered from their original factory state unless clearly stated otherwise. Please be satisfied with what you are buying and seeing in photos above, these are not brand new store bought cars. (Most sellers provide a photo and hardly no description or condition, I can't spell out each blemish on a vehicle! That is why I provide many photos and describe the item the best I can. Thank you!). Shipping Cost with in the U.S.A. I will discount shipping cost for multiple item purchases, must be within five (5) days of first item won, if not, separate shipping will apply unless otherwise agreed too in advance and this must be in writing. All my items are packaged and protected during shipment. Shipping Insurance is at the sole discretion and option of the Winning buyer. I ship every other day normally, but I always state (2) business days of cleared payment just in case I get backed up, I am an individual not a company. Shipping Out of Country Non U.S.A. (40 -50% of my customer base) I combine shipments as long as all items purchased are within a 5 day period from the first item purchased, unless otherwise agreed too before hand. All International packages are insured for the full amount, this is not cheap and is included in the cost of shipping quotes, plus all the extra custom forms needed to be filled out, packaging materials, new boxes, and personally delivering the package to the Post Office and having Paypal charge me double or more to accept money from Non-USA buyers. I use all shipping options, just contact me first if not clear. If, on some rare occasion there is loss or damage during shipping the only way you, "the buyer" will be reimbursed by PayPal, or Seller is by signing an insurance claim form stating the same, and returning this form back to Seller by Mail, Fax or E-mail immediately and return the damaged item for inspection, if applicable.

You must cooperate with Seller in all aspects of filing any claim, the Seller must have a Buyer signed claim form to submit with all shipping receipts for any claim. Packages valued over $99.99 must be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International, unless otherwise agreed by Seller in advance, before sale or offer. Packages valued over $249.99 must be shipped using USPS Express Mail International with signature required unless otherwise agreed by Seller in advance, before sale or offer. Seller reserves right to refuse shipping to any country without consequences.

Canadian Buyers: must contact Seller before purchase, about using UPS shipping instead of USPS.

The purchase price will be refunded within 5-10 business days after item is returned for inspection, less shipping, any handling cost charged plus a 10% restock fee, if the item was shipped free of charge, actual shipping cost will be deducted, this includes, shipping price, confirmation, and insurance if purchased for you, plus a 10% restock fee. If your package appears damaged, DO NOT OPEN IT, take photos immediately and then contact me, I might have you just send it back to me unopened, you can also look up at the post office web site for claims procedure. I will help in anyway I can. I have never filed a claim to date so I would not know the proper procedure to follow, but knowing the post office I have a hard time believing they would easily pay out on insurance claims.
