Item was as described in the ad but arrived in poor condition. I asked about parts (brackets) before purchase and was told that they were there. They were not. The item was thrown into a box with no packaging around it and got damaged further as seen in the pictures. Was promised replacement parts for what I was told was there, didn't get them. Basically, I will never do ANY purchases with these guys again and would HIGHLY suggest that anyone reading this review do the same. Negative X 1000000.
