No we're at all as loud as a train. Would be ok as an inexpensive stock replacement. Is easy to install. Different tone from stock but does not sound like a train horn.

The horn looked just like the picture but the volume didn't come close to matching dB description - sound was was barely a beep, got hot and quit. Maybe I got the lemon in the batch.
