Item box arrived intact, item was neatly wrapped in bubble wrap… HOWEVER, item was defective had holes and chips flake off from mold separation. Contacted seller and they said they would not replaced or refund. Their response and I quote was “that’s easily repaired during prep work”. Sir if it was like a hair scratch or small chip like a grain of rice I would agree with you but for the customer to have to fill and sand and level almond size holes is outrageous! Quality 60% shop elsewhere
