Professional service as usual and good shipping updates. Note that Fedex uses a 3rd party to facilitate import tax collection (item over $1000 AUD). I was notified by SMS from the 3rd party that I needed to pay import fees - not Fedex - which seemed odd, but a phone call to Fedex confirmed it was legitimate. Tax was easy to pay and then the package was released from customs and delivered.
