I love it. It arrived on the day predicted in perfect condition. It came by FedEx requiring a signature, so make plans for that. It’s easy to put together. A couple things are already done like the wires already being plugged in and lights. It’s my first E-bike. The acceleration freaked me out! Then I got the hang of it and it’s so much fun. I hit the trails by my neighborhood. It goes through mud and up hills with ease. It reached 28mph up hill or down so it’s got a speed limiter. Great bike!
