I had to have several emails back and forth with this Company. I was not happy with shipping time. This put me in a very bad way. After many Emails, I was finally given a partial refund. Just was notified by PayPal, that it was credited. I thank the Company for doing so. Only wish they had told me in advance about shipping. The product is great. Works the way it is designed to do.
