Absolutely terrible experience. I bought these to haul a kayak. Installed everything to their instructions and everything was fine for about an hour. This product than failed and just came off my car, leaving dents and scratches all over the roof. I then contacted them and they have extremely bad customer service. You’re better off spending more money if you care about your car. Item also came in poor condition.
