I received an item that was of a different size from what was described. I simply notified the seller of the discrepancy, and seller responded notifying me that they had issued a full refund and was correcting the description of the item. I did not ask for a refund, the seller did that on their own. This to me is a sign of an extremely reputable seller and I would order from them anytime I needed a product they sell. I provided a picture and they shipped out another product without incident and I received it promptly. Sai you get two thumbs up.
