This issue is not resolved. This is scam. 1. Received damaged radiator & wanted to return & replace it. (No more in stock) they offered partial refund if I give good review. I have a show car & now ordering auxiliary fan to hide damage - added Cost! This tactic of bribing customer in order to get refund is very shady. Why does EBay allow this practice to continue. I want full refund and not give a good review also I’m contacting my credit card company to investigate
