Good, with minor modification
Good fit, looks good (blends well with my black 3rd gen 4runner), feels about same quality as original. Smoked clear housing is not too dark. No installation instructions?? I was able to locate the connections under side rear cargo area panels, but for someone less handy or familiar with their truck, should at least have an instruction sheet to help locate where to unplug and plug the units. Needed a modification (for 2000 4runner) - had to swap the old rubber grommets (that guide the wiring into the truck body) from the original units onto the new ones for proper fit, with careful cutting and taping up with quality electrical tape. Grommets that come with new units don't have deep enough lip to catch onto the sheet metal to make proper seal on the 2000 4runner. Just installed, time ... Genuine smoked led tail lights for gen 3 4runner
Easy fit to gen 3 toyota 4runner. Straight plug and play. These do have a smoke tint to them compared to the other led lamps available in market that are just crystal clear. The lens is tinted, it's not painted on. See pics.

As is good, but everything I turn on my turn signal, my ABS light comes on. It does go off when I turn the runner off. I've installed equilizers, but that didnt help.
