Great OEM part
Part fits and works great. The one I pulled out was dark grey plastic with a black dye on the outer surface. This one is black plastic, consistent color throughout. In the right light, I can tell a difference, but my car's a nearly 20 year old driver, so I'm perfectly happy with the end result. If I was going for a show car, I'd probably re-dye this and the surrounding panels to ensure a perfect match. Given the other cracked interior pieces in my car that have obviously been removed before, I'm thinking it's because someone has already tore down and re-dyed this interior at some point. If you're careful and remove your old part without breaking any tabs, you can swap just the latch part to avoid finish or wear differences.
