Wide angle rear view mirror
This is a great mirror. I am not visually impaired but I wanted to see the idiots ... This is a great mirror. I am not visually impaired but I wanted to see the idiots that lurk in my blind spots. I just purchased a even wider 360mm unit to replace this 270mm so I can hopefully see better on my drivers side as well. The 270mm model is probably good for compact vehicles. As it is it just covers my factory mirror in my F250 Superduty pickup.I can easily fit the larger mirror. With the 270mm model I can see people merging onto the road behind me in the middle mirror (with this 270mm installed over top) before they appear in my right side mirror. Not only does the convex mirror expand you're view sideways but I was happy to see it expands the up and down view as well. I will be giving this to a visually impaired friend and I highly recommend this to everyone unless they like to drive while staring at their cell phone. It's a good product...l highly recommend it. It hooks up easy and plenty secure too...check out the pic showing both mirrors. I didn't realize that the wide angle makes things look smaller. I think it shows a big open area for me to move over in. I can clearly see the blind spot and if I was driving a van full of kids it would make easier to see which little bugger picker is acting up...
