I have been using this for about a month and have been very pleased. I haven't used all the bells and whistles, but for basic communication with both iPhone and android phones as well as an mp3 player and two person intercom, this is a massive leap above the Honda wired system for the Goldwing. I should disclaim that I have opted to use some Mee M6 earbuds in place of the speakers. The earbuds are a step forward in reducing road noise and actually hearing well. When listening to music, I hear it great. When the mic sensitivities are adjusted properly, the other person speaks in an intercom conversations and the music dims while we talk. It works the same when a phone call comes in. The mics are awesome. I am using the boom mics, but there are three types of mics that come with the system for your preference. The conversations are crystal clear without any wind or road noise. The intercom only needs to be paired once, not every conversation as I thought it might need to be. Essentially it is voice operated once it is paired for intercom. I can make and receive calls on the road with great clarity. Something I could never do with the Honda system. I am using the mp3 player using the wired aux input just for simplicity but it can be and I have used it Bluetooth as well. If I had the same music on my phone, I wouldn't even need the mp3 player. If all you did was pair to a phone, you can navigate with turn by turn directions, listen to music, and make/receive phone calls. I won't ride without it now. Ps. voice commands do work but I haven't had good success with them while on the road. I have used the external ambient mic and it works good especially because the earbuds cut out external noise.Read full review

I wanted this so I could hear input from my GPS/NAV system. Connected just fine and works great. Made a 1600 mile three day trip with a buddy. Batteries lasted about 12-13 hours on the last day before they ran out. We did lose comms sometimes while riding in the mountains when we would be separated in turns. The only real problem I had was having the navigation alerts turned on with the Comms. That caused the Comms to drop out temporarily repeatedly. Turned off nav alerts and Comms stayed connected. Use the mic wind guards. We didn't take ours.

While I have only just begun to use it, it seems easy to use, and it came with everything I might have needed. In fact, it did install very quickly, as claimed. Sound quality is good. I don't yet know the range of the intercom.

Easy to use even with thick gloves (needs a bit of training bare hands in the living room first). Amazing high quality of sound, for all inputs (intercom, GPS and over all music). The battery last for around 5 hours (intercom, music and GPS connected all time), so it could be a bit too short for long rides (I have to plug it in the USB charger during longer trips).
