Ordered a convertible top for a 1999 BMW e36 on June 4th. Seller created a shipping label on the last day to ship (June 26th) but never shipped the product, fedex tracking says “label created, waiting for item to be dropped off.” I don’t think the seller actually had the product so they created a shipping label on the last day likely to extend their production time. Today is June 5th (9 days after the shipping label was created) and I’ve issued a refund request through ebay. Shady seller.

Arrived without brackets on the window to attach pivoting arms(part of the convertible mechanism), and missing the channel around the window to reattach the headliner to. When I mentioned this to the seller to see what they suggest, they changed the description in the ad mentioning that it doesn't come with these things. The original ad mentioned NOTHING about this, changing the ad after I asked to avoid accountability was a clear lack of integrity. NOT A RECOMMENDED SELLER
