very very happy with this item.. Fit perfectly. There was a little trimming with and exacto knife to do. (this was a 3d printed item I believe). After that I had to determine how to fit it into the slot (one pin is longer than the other, as designed, and has to be inserted first). You also need to know how your spring seats in the latch. Those things aside it is a perfect fit for my 2018 honda fit sport and I am extremely happy with it. Shipping was fast. Arrived in protective envelope.

Works great. Dealership quoted me $620 saying they had to replace the entire center console to fix, & I just fixed it for $12 with your help. TYSM! OEM nub piece is chamfered on the edge to allow ease with installation, might be a nice feature to add to the 3D print if possible as it's a little tough installing. I used the key to gently pry the plastic mount & that worked well. Hardest part is figuring out how the spring goes back inside. I would post how but I can't remember lol.

Solved my broken latch issue! My latch needed some minimal filing of the small latch "pins" on the sides to get the latch to slide and pop into place on the console, but it was ultra easy to do. Really, my only suggestion to the person that printed this, is that the latch "clip arm" (the part that pivots in & out of the console hole) itself should be barely longer (1/16th of an inch maybe?), to keep the lid shut in a bit stronger way (the original Honda latch had this exact same issue too).
