Fit it yourself and save!
I bought this rebuilt steering rack and pinion for my 2001 Honda Odyssey because the original had long passed its lifespan. The old one was loose and swaying all over the road when turning. The rubber boots that kept the assembly stable were completely shot and there was power steering fluid all over the under side of the engine and down in the support frame too. So not only was it leaking from somewhere on the rack and pinion, but the whole thing was sliding back and forth when turning. It took my friend and I about 6-7 hours to remove and replace the unit but it was worth the effort and time spent as it saved me from having to pay out even more money to have it installed. I still have to take the van in to a commercial shop Monday and get an alignment done, then after than I'll check ... I still have to take the van in to a commercial shop Monday and get an alignment done, then after than I'll check the steering column straightness and adjust the linkage junction at the floorboard. Also I'm on alert to watch for leaking over the next week or two and try to verify that the slow leak it had has been fixed. The rebuilt replacement unit the eBay store sold me looked to be in better shape than my old one (I took some pictures). They painted it and the boots and other rubber components all appeared to be fresh, though one of the small boots in the mounting hole came ripped or torn some, it was still better than the original boots which where totally degraded and missing, which was part of the problem. The price that they sell it for was very fair when comparing it to other stores prices so I jumped at the offer. Even without a proper alignment there wasn't much pull left or right after the change over but the van is pulling to the left slightly so it is out of alignment some, but that is not the fault of the part, just a side effect of fixing the problems it had. Already it drives like a new ride. One last thought, it took roughly 2.5 bottles of power steering fluid to fill the system back up after we let it drain into an oil pan for a while during the removal stage. It was money well spent, we hope to get some more years out of the old van.

It fit and it is cheaper than the original price.
Its fit-on Odyssey 2007 except there is a little adjustment on the mounting. I installed shims on the front mounting so that the part will sit on the frame.
