    Added value and amazement to a 25 year old Geo Metro

    Installation took a Saturday all by myself. Results are AMAZING. I needed to do some welding for a solid connection I was comfortable with. Welded hinges to the car body and doors. Also welded gas strut mounts to car body. Kit is complete and came with (4) gas struts. Lower struts were too long for my little 96 Geo Metro. For $25 I purchased a pair of 15 inch gas struts rated at 85 pounds. Take very little effort to open and close the doors. Definitely a popular look. Extremely happy with the results. All went together and function better than expected. Doors shut tightly and sealed well for rain resistance. Think I quadrupled the car's value with this modification.
