Well I was a little discouraged after receiving the starter I picked out due to the item pictures showed the solenoid having Phillips screws which I prefer. Well received it and saw they were star bit, thought no biggy I have all the tools and hardware to work with it except one of the screw stripped out causing me to not be able to get top bolt on starter on. Contacted seller, they went above and beyond and sent me new starter. Great communication and customer service!
