The housing was warped and is loud at the lowest setting. The pump, on the lowest setting cycles twice as much as my existing 4kw unit so.. not very efficient. During the startup cycle the unit automatically ramps up to full power and then ramps back down to your setting. Safety is questionable because once max temp is reached at startup, pressing up arrow slows the unit down so quickly that it causes the outgoing air to get dangerously hot. Great install kit, and decent customer service though.

Works great and puts out a lot of heat
Works great, it was easy to install even though I was replacing a failed unit that was 2 years old different brand, so I only had to run the wires because this unit uses different connectors then the old one. Only issues I have is the settings for the controller when set to auto if I set the temp above 17c the unit runs at full power, the unit never power to a lower setting, if I set the unit below 17c then the unit cycles up and down keeping the room temp at 29c, The Bluetooth app does not work on my Samsung s22 which is 2 years old but does work on an older Samsung tablet which is around 5 years old. Yes I highly recommend this unit and will buy another if I ever need a second unit. Great bang for your buck
Ordered 2 of these heaters one for me one for my dad. Both installed easy and work great. Only thing negative is it's in celcius and I live in the USA. Looked all over and there's no where to change it that I could find. Simple install if you have a few power tools and good sense. Blows super hot so route accordingly. You tube has alot of good videos on operation and install.

Great heater
I like just about everything about this heater. The installation isn’t difficult, pretty straight forward. Today I set the temp to 20 degrees and the unit maintained it for hours. Which brings me to the downsides. The instructions need to be rewritten by someone who knows the product and speaks English as their first language. Second, I wish the temperature settings were in Fahrenheit not Celsius. Thirdly, I wish the lowest temperature setting was lower, like 60 degrees.I like just about everything about this heater.
