Fit is pretty good. Instructions Not. I installed by removing old grill. 4 bolts on top of radiator support with push in clips on the bottom of old grill. Just pull straight out. Now just tape on paint surrounding area. This prevents scratches while installing. Have a magic marker to set unit into opening. Use ty wraps provided to hold in place . tools bench grinder, pliers, tape, flat screwdriver. Socket wrench for small self tapping screws. I didn't use what was supplied.

Buyer Beware--Great Quality Grill--Impossible Installation Brackets
Sent back--impossible to install with tiny brackets provided--spent an hour, just to get single lower bolt in place--upper two tiny brackets useless--you are working 'in the blind, with the grill in the way--' trying to put two tiny side bolts through the two tiny side brackets on the side of the fascia. If this was accomplished, you then have to reach behind the fascia--with no room to accomplish this. Then, in the blind, try and find the bolt to affix the tiny nuts to the bolts. The seller clearly lied that this was 'An easy installation.' The quality of the grill itself was excellent. APS, the manufacturer, should of copied the OEM grill attachment. They could of had two screw-down 'Tabs,' ON THE FLAT TOP OF THE GRILL as Chrysler did, to hold the grill in place. The OEM simply had ... This item fits well, but it could use some sort of protection from the billet tips. The metal will scratch your finish unless you use tape or shrink tubing to protect you & your car from serious scratches.
