The item is good, but who ever was in charge of wrapping the lip and putting it a box was inconsiderate, they had push the lip in a small box so much that it got vent and, had to heated up and slowly vent it back in shape. The item is good and happy how it looks, and the shipping was great, but the packaging was horrible.

Sent a cheaper looking lip and didn’t match up with the photos they have listed. Tried contacting to settle before making a return and they said the return department will reach out and has not. Extremely unsatisfied with the service as well as the product.
Looks like they have batches that look like the photo and ones that are inferior and cheaper to make. The packaging was also terrible.
