Item was supposed to be refurbished and the lights didn't work for knows when lights on. Contacted seller and they said well it is 25 years old and said I could ship back on my dime. I just felt that the well it is 25 years old was not the right comment to make when it was supposed to be refurbished. On a good note the part came fast and packaged well. I am just living without seeing the knows lite.

    There are no cons, It came as described and was well worth the money. I would surely recommend these guys . I feel I got exactly what was advertised A rebuilt a/c heater control It works fine all the lights work and that's what was advertised and what I received.....
