Item was supposed to be refurbished and the lights didn't work for knows when lights on. Contacted seller and they said well it is 25 years old and said I could ship back on my dime. I just felt that the well it is 25 years old was not the right comment to make when it was supposed to be refurbished. On a good note the part came fast and packaged well. I am just living without seeing the knows lite.

    Good used part

    I was a little leery about purchasing a used amp but it works just fine and fixed the problem which was a bad RF channel.

    Amplifier did not work upon install.

    I had a BMW certified mechanic install the amplifier and it did not work. The remaining parts of my audio system have no issues and my mechanic immediately diagnosed the issue as the amplifier.
