It’s a direct swap using factory mounting hardware that your factory intercooler uses and allows you to reuse factory piping and clips. Only cutting is the bottom middle of the fan shroud if you have an auto trans for the cooler. Super easy install and direct fitment. Running 500hp and did multiple hard pulls for about 20 minutes with the bumper off on a warm day and it was cool enough for me to lay my hand on it. 10/10 especially for the price

Best intercooler for 535i/N54
Such a great deal and quality. Intake temps are almost 100 degrees lower than the stock one.Even after back to back pulls the highest was 109 in FLORIDA heat. Its actually bigger than the VRSF one that cost $200 more. Would highly recommend to anyone with a 535i
