Nice replacement part
Control arm is good quality. Part was easy to install. My only issue is that the ball joint had almost no grease in the boot. I was getting ready to reassemble everything when I squeezed ball joint boot. It felt like air, not grease. Unfortunately these ball.joints don't have grease fittings. I had to remove the retaining clip and pull the boot back a.little and then pumped grease in until it overflowed. Buyer be ware, Check the ball joints and add grease. Don't just take it for granted. Other wise the control is very good.Control arm is good quality. Part was easy to install. My only issue is that the ball joint had almost no grease in the boot. It was good price except that it was missing a bushing on the left control arm. It came with one pressed in the right control arm. We didn't notice before putting it in otherwise would have returned it. Had to go buy a bushing and the hardest part was to have it pressed in the arm for which u need a special tool.

decent quality
Decent quality control arm/ball joint for a decent price. I installed it my driver side 2001 Jetta GLX with no problems. Everything fits normally. Afterward the clunking has gone away. Back to almost like new. For this price, this conrtol arm will probably last about 3 years. I'm ok with that!!

I would buy again
The control arm is good, but the craftsmanship on this item is poor. It's defiantly only an item I'll use until I can afford something nicer, it was cheaply made, the metal had these jaged cuts that look like they tried to fix, but failed. It was easy to install. It fit like it should.
