There were no directions in the box, I contacted support, and told them no directions and parts were missing and the parts that were there were wrong. They did everything they could to correct it, but couldn’t. They promptly gave me a full refund. Customer service was great. The 48” model very bad. I do not recommend it.

Bought this radiator for an 06 e90 manual said it fit my car got the radiator installed it and it started leaking when I looked at the radiator, they gave me plugs for an automatic transmission mine was manual so it wouldn’t work I contacted them to get another proper plug. They said can I have your vin I gave it to them and they said we only sell parts for American cars and can’t help u but if u want here’s 12 bucks.
