I just installed the new dual halo projector headlights on my 2001 Mercedes SLK320 - they look fantastic. Now I have to wait until dark to give them a road test ! But they just look great on my car - really updated it. Total install time was 30 minutes and I used the "SLK headlight install video" that is on line. I'm a klutz , not a mechanic.

Replaced my xenon lights with these without issue. Look great! Not easy to install. Best to remove grill and lower bumper cover. Neither of these tasks are that difficult. You will have to wire in the LED portion of the lights because Mercedes did not have a halo option. Everything else is plug and play even if you had xenon.

Good option to replace original headlights SLK 230.
It is beautiful from the front, gives a new look to an old SLK 230, however seen from inside shows up a poor quality aftermarket - the plastic, rubber cover and wiring system is really poor! After some time of use I replaced by OEM (although I can not complain from the brightness and illumination, the original is not even close!). It is good for someone that look for brightness, good performance, beautiful, but does not care if not well built from inside. Also the adjustment of positions are very poor - the low beam was OK but the high beam was to the sky...It is beautiful from the front, gives a new look to an old SLK 230, however seen from inside shows up a poor quality aftermarket - the plastic, rubber cover and wiring system is really poor! Quality not up to par with price. Issues with in first 4 months. No warranty.
I reached out to VIPMOTOZ before buying these lights to confirm quality with them. They ensured me as the add states the products are backed by a life time warranty and they have not had any issues and if I did they would be sure to resolve any problems. I purchased these from VIPMOTOZ May 7th 2019. Installed June 18th 2019 into my Mercedes SLK 230. Initial reaction was very happy with the product and performance. The vehicle was then placed into winter storage around September 2019. June 15th 2020 (Almost 1 year since install, but only out to the weather for less then 3 months parked indoors when not in use and stored inside for winter) It was found one headlight had moisture build up on the inside of housing that would not go away, PLUS both head light lenses were starting to peel. ... I reached out to VIPMOTOZ before buying these lights to confirm quality with them. They ensured me as the add states the products are backed by a life time warranty and they have not had any issues and if I did they would be sure to resolve any problems. Never again heard from them. I reached out again now being told "we are not sure what is causing these issues", and recommending I should reseal the light housing at my own cost and that they only offer 60day warranty... Very shady, company that is falsely advertising lifetime warranty on there product. Overall the quality is not up to par with the price and I do not recommend buying.

Great update to an older SLK
Have to reuse the factory blinker socket. You will also have to wire the halos to a 12V source that comes on with the battery.
