    This does the job!

    Explorer owners might have experience a wind noise coming from their windshields while traveling at freeway speeds. This noise is the wind getting caught in between the lower windshield molding or the upper windshield moulding (or pillar moulding). Because it is two pieces it vibrates at high speeds and the snaps and velcro may break or just come loose due to vibration. Mine broke because of a windshield replacement and that gave the opportunity to replace both pieces and strategically and window silicone to reduce vibration, prevent the entry of air flow and ensure adhesion to both pieces. No more wind noise.
