    Good quality and looks great!

    I bought this item along with a star grill to update the look of a 2005 Benz E500 wagon. The instructions on the product page were clear and removal of the standing star and installation of this emblem were a breeze. Delivery was much quicker than the seller estimated, so my conversion project was done within a week. My old car looks much sportier now and I don't have to worry about some rapper wannabe twisting the standing star off of my car to wear around his neck, yo. This is a great product from a great seller.

    China made same poor quality consistent with stuff made in China

    This is China copy not original Mercedes part, there is webbing from casting on the star and mounting clip is not from spring steel just soft sheet metal steel. If you have original factory clip you can make it work.

    It’s a lie. The title is a lie

    Did not exactly fit into the standing star hole. I removed the original standing star which was stolen. So I had no choice but to modify it to fit. Looks a bit ugly but I had no other choice at this point.

    Look is nice, mounting piece is junk.

    The locking base came apart. I needed pliers to force it back on and when I finally got it installed it was loose. I have had and restored over 30 cars over the years so this should have been a 5 minute fix. The overall look and quality of the star and base were nice. It's just the mechanical locking part that is cheap and poorly designed.

    Great deal

    The only complaint I have is that the emblem does not have a contoured edge -so it sticks up about an 8th of an inch over the hood itself, resembling a silver dollar sitting on top of your hood. Seriously tho not a big deal , big picture wise. Great value !
