Everything arrived just fine in one box. (Very Heavy!) Very well packaged. I found some of the directions to be somewhat confusing. The kit includes some shims to keep the hitch from shifting side to side. It states there is no problem having them on only one side. This may be true, but, the number of shims MUST also be the same on, both, the top and bottom bolts. If not, when the bolts are tightened, the spring arms will be vastly different in their level of pressure. This, in turn, will induce a torsion on the trailer.Everything arrived just fine in one box. UPS delivered it in a reasonably amount of time. Package taped and ripped but contents not damaged. It will not be until August that our trailer will be shipped from manufacturer. Until then I really can not comment on the plus or minus use until I am able to install it. It does look well made.

Great load stabilizer.
This load stabilizer works!!! We don't have a large trailer, but it did sway around some before the stabilizer. Now we can hardly tell the trailer is back there. It's heavy, so to make it easier to remove we use a small roll cart to set it on and move it out of the way. Very well made.
