I have a 1996 Subaru Legacy Outback Wagon and needed to replace the lift supports. I was excited to see Florida Auto Supply had them for this make and model. The product was described. I had to call for customer support due to my ignorance and was helped by the actual owner. He was very patient, helpful, and even called me back to make sure his advice worked. In this day and age it is unlikely this happens. These Lift supports worked excellent. I highly recommend this product and company A++
