    Hitch was easier to install than I thought

    Perfect fit and finish. Factory piece so it's exactly as you would get from dealer. Instructions (for the 2020 Grand Cherokee) said to remove the entire bumper but I struggled with that and didn't want to break the bumper so I noticed the bottom section was connected with tabs. Disconnected all the tabs and that part came off easily...no need to remove the bumper! Took me an hour to complete the rest of the install and it looks perfect. All I need is to get the wiring harness installed.

    Good product on time delivery

    Nice hitch easy installation toughest part was cutting the fascia to fit bezel but you would do the same procedure on an OEM hitch.
