We ship within 24 Hours. We ship from New York. Very fast shipping for all domestic orders (USA). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will usually receive tracking information within a day of shipment. International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying.
We offer 30-day refund on all products. Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, all returns can only be replaced by the same item, unless this item is out of stock at that moment. Buyer needs to pay the shipping fee. Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by customer. We will refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty. * We are not responsible for any kind of compatibility issues etc. In order to return an item you MUST contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you: Original packaging, all accessories, Manuals, etc. RMA number written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box. Basic Return processing: If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with our return policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price will be refunded to your milt account. Please allow up to 10 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery times vary depending upon the shipper. Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
