Returns

• All items are brand new. We offer refunds or exchange for defective items only.

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued and must be filled out for processing.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fee (except if the wrong item was received).
• We must receive your returned item at our processing facility within 60 days of purchase date.
• A fee may be charged for any product returned without original packaging, missing parts or manuals, or after 60 days of purchase date.
• Restocking Fee will be charged for any item(s) without original package, abused, altered, or damaged by accident. If the order is not found to be defective, we will only refund 80% of your original payment.
